    Yes! If a client contacts you directly, you can input the appointment details yourself through the dashboard or block your own time.

    3. What happens if I’m busy and can’t take the call?

    If you're unavailable, the caller may leave a message at the number where the call is routed (requires voicemail). In any case, you will always receive a list of missed calls so you can follow up later.
